HB 339, 56th R.S.

Relating to amending certain statutes so as to authorize navigation districts coming within the purview of this Act to own lands partly within and partly without or wholly within and wholly without the boundaries of any incorporated city, town or village and providing that such lands not included within the boundaries of any such city, town or village on the effective date of this Act or at the time of their acquisition by such district can only be annexed by any such city, town or village with the consent of such district.
