HB 2, 55th 2nd C.S.
Relating to requiring any local school board to close its school under certain conditions and to transfer its pupils to other schools; providing for the payment of salaries while schools are closed and assignment of faculty and employees to other duties; providing that no penalty shall be imposed on any student, faculty member or employee acting in pursuance of this Act; providing that no state funds be paid to any school failing to follow this Act.
