Relating to amending the Penal Code relating to hunting, fishing, and camping, or in any manner encroaching upon or damaging the enclosed land of another, by including the prohibition of the use of dogs, and bow and arrows, and other weapons, and applying the prohibition to land surrounding "enclosed lands", as defined.
