Relating to requiring every water district, created pursuant to the Constitution of Texas, to file with the Board of Water Engineers or its successors a certified copy of the Act or order creating same or altering its boundaries, as well as such information necessary to maintain an up-to-date list of its officers; requiring the Board to file such information for public inspection; providing penalties for violation; repealing all conflicting laws; providing a savings clause.
