SB 441, 54th R.S.

Relating to providing for the fixing of compensation of judges of district courts in counties in this State which comprise a part of a judicial district consisting of not less than four (4) counties, of which two (2) of said counties have two (2) or more district courts; providing the manner of payment; establishing a limitation of the amount of such compensation; providing for validity of remaining portion of Act if any part declared unconstitutional.
