Relating to creating an additional District Court in Tarrant County, Texas to be known as the District Court for the 153rd Judicial District; providing the terms and jurisdiction for said Court; providing for the appointment of a District Judge for said Court; prescribing his powers, duties, term of office and compensation; providing for the appointment for the official court reporter for said Court; prescribing his qualifications, duties and compensation; providing for the appointment, designation and compensation of other officers of the Court.
