Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that if the landowner be dissatisfied with the damages he may appeal to the District Court for a trial on question of damages and compensation; providing for time and manner of appeal; for transfer of the condemnation proceeding and all papers to the District Court; no further notice to be given; the manner of docketing in District Court and for trial as in other civil cases in the District Court.
