Relating to amending certain Acts relating to the disposition of fees collected for the issuance of chauffeur's licenses, commercial operator's licenses, and operator's licenses, by the Texas Department of Public Safety; increasing the fee for chauffeur's licenses, commercial operator's licenses and operator's licenses; providing for the disposition of such fees; repealing all inconsistent laws.
