Relating to creating a conservation district comprising the territory contained within the City of Haltom City in Tarrant County, Texas, for the purpose of providing a source of water supply for municipal, domestic and industrial use and processing ans transporting the same; providing for the annexation of additional territory thereto; providing for a board of directors for the government of said district; authorizing the district to do all tings necessary to make available for municipal and industrial uses, the water from streams within and without the district, water from underground sources, and water it may obtain by purchase, lease and operation contracts with cities, persons, firms, corporations and public agencies; authorizing the issuance of bonds and providing for the payment and security thereof; making applicable to the district, Title 52, as amended.
