Proposing an amendment to Section 33 of Article III of the Constitution of Texas to require all tax bills passed by the Legislature to be approved by the voters in a state-wide election before taking effect; providing for such state-wide election, returns, and proclamation; and providing for an election, form of ballot, proclamation, and publication.
