Proposing an amendment to Articles III and XVI of the Constitution of the State of Texas by adding new sections numbered 24a and 66, respectively, authorizing the Legislature to provide for retirement and compensation of members of each house and of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller of Public Accounts, Treasurer of the State of Texas, Commissioner of the General Land Office, Railroad Commissioner, and Secretary of Agriculture.
