Relating to amending certain Statutes relating to the power of fresh water supply districts to incur indebtedness; authorizing the issuance of notes payable solely from revenue upon a majority vote of the members of the board of supervisors without the necessity of an election; making further provisions concerning the issuance of the notes and the pledging of revenues for payment.
