Relating to forbidding employers to charge certain individuals fees for or the cost of medical examinations, records, reports or other information required by the employer as conditions precedent to employment or continuation of employment; fixing penalties for violations hereof; providing for separability of the parts hereof in case of partial unconstitutionality.
