HB 495, 54th R.S.

Relating to amending certain Acts so as to clarify the fees to be charged as Court costs and the manner in which citation may be served in the Small Claims Court; to provide such Court costs shall apply only to the costs accruing up to and including the entry of judgment in the Small Claims Court, but shall not apply to any proceeding execution after entry of judgment in such Court.
