Relating to making it unlawful for any firm, person, corporation, partnership, individual, or agent thereof, to obtain a statement from certain persons under certain circumstances; prohibiting negotiations of settlements under certain circumstances and that certain requirements be met concerning such statements; providing for the furnishing of statements when not requested; providing a penalty; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict; containing a savings clause.
