Relating to amending Statutes by providing for maximum attorney's fees to be allowed under certain conditions; providing for benefits upon an employee's death and the amounts to be paid thereunder; providing for payments in total incapacity cases and the length of time thereunder; providing for partial incapacity and the payments to be made thereunder and the time thereof; providing for specific injuries, the amount of payment and the time allowed in such cases.
