Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by adding a section to provide for the appointment of Probation and Parole Officers; providing for clerical assistants for such officers, if necessary; providing for the payment of the salaries of such officers and assistants and all reasonable and necessary expenses of such officers out of the general fund of the county.
