Relating to fixing the salaries of the District Attorney, First Assistant District Attorney, Assistant District Attorneys and Investigators of the 34th Judicial District, and authorizing the Commissioners Court of El Paso County, Texas, in said 34th Judicial District, to pay the salaries of the said Assistants and Investigators and to supplement the salary of the District Attorney paid by the State of Texas.
