Relating to providing for the length of contract between all school boards of education and teachers; providing for dismissal by boards of education of teachers under contract; providing condition by which a teacher may terminate her contract; providing that the provisions shall apply to any teacher or administrator who holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree and a position requiring a certificate.
