Relating to amending certain acts so as to authorize Commissioners' Courts of counties having a population of not less than two thousand, five hundred (2,500) and not more than three thousand, four hundred ninety-nine (3,499) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census to expend moneys in the General Fund for the purpose of maintenance and upkeep of the public cemeteries in their respective counties.
