SB 239, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain acts by providing that within their respective jurisdictions, the State Highway Commission or the governing body of any incorporated city or town shall have the power to lay out, acquire, construct, maintain, and operate any section or portion of any State highway or city street within their respective jurisdictions as a freeway under certain circumstances.
