Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by providing for the number of peremptory challenges for the State and the defendant in misdemeanor cases tried in the district courts, and county courts or county courts at law; providing for the number of challenges for the State and the defendant when two or more defendants are tried together in such courts.
