HB 327, 52nd R.S.
Relating to providing that all counties within this State may upon an order made by its Commissioners' Court for this purpose provide and maintain a County Law Library; and that such Library may upon an order made by said Commissioners' Court be maintained and supported by a trial fee to be assessed and collected in all cases filed in the County and District Courts of said Counties, said fee not to exceed the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar for each case filed.
