Relating to making appropriations for the support, maintenance, and improvement of the Colored Girls Training School at Brady, Texas, the Gainesville State School for Girls, Gainesville, Texas, and the Gatesville State School for Boys, Gatesville, Texas, for the fiscal year beginning September 1, 1950, and ending August 31, 1951; and prescribing certain regulations and restrictions in respect to the expenditure of said appropriations; providing a saving clause.
