Relating to authorize the Board of Insurance Commissioners to approve, make or promulgate optional premium discount plans or other premium rating plans, systems, or formulas for Motor Vehicles and Workmen's Compensation and other lines of Casualty Insurance applicable separately to each class of insurance or in combination of two or more classes, which will properly take into account and give effect to the experience of individual risks, interstate as well as intrastate; amending previous Acts; providing that this Act shall be cumulative of existing laws, but repealing existing laws so far as same may be in conflict.
