Relating to creating the Special District Court of Angelina County, Cherokee County and Nacogdoches county, Texas, prescribing its jurisdiction, limiting its existence, fixing its terms; providing that if any Section of this Act to be held unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the same shall not impair or affect the remaining sections or provisions.
