Relating to prohibiting the sale, exchange, bartering or giving away of chemical compositions containing active ingredients of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid or Sodium Salt of 2,4-Dichloro-Phenoxy-Acetic acid (Monohydrate) in certain forms and prohibiting the use of chemical compositions containing any of the active ingredients of said substances for spraying and excepting persons engaged in the operation of Federal or State experiment stations while actively engaged in their duties; fixing a penalty.
