Relating to making unlawful the sale in Texas of certain defined drugs, commonly called Barbiturates, except by licensed drug stores and upon written prescriptions by persons licensed in this state to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathy, dentistry and veterinary medicine; fixing penalty for violation thereof.
