Relating to providing for the licensing and regulation of billiard recreation rooms; defining the term "billiard recreation room" as used in this Act; providing for the granting of permits to operate billiard recreation rooms; providing for severability of the provisions of this Act in the event some portions thereof should be declared unconstitutional; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
