SB 367, 50th R.S.
Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Panola County, Texas, for the maintenance of public roads and highways other than designated State Highways located in Panola County, Texas; providing that it shall be unlawful to create obligations or issue warrants against such fund unless there are cash balances available to pay such obligations or warrant, and prescribing the penalty for violation; providing it shall be unlawful to injure or destroy shade trees or signs or to deposit trash or debris on the public roads of Panola County, Texas, and prescribing the penalty for violation thereof; providing that the provisions of this Act shall be effective in case of conflict with the General Laws; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
