HB 749, 50th R.S.
Relating to providing that when the driver of a truck or automobile upon or along any street or highway in this State negligently causes any injury to the person or property of another with such truck or automobile, that such injured person or the owner of such property shall have a first and superior lien upon the truck or automobile being so driven by the person guilty of such negligence.
