Relating to making an appropriation to pay to each Representative and Senator after March 1, 1947, an expense allowance in cash of One-Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) per month, to assist in defraying expenses related to or resulting from the discharge of his official duties, to be paid in equal monthly installments.
