HB 5, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the exemption and exclusion of war bonds or victory bonds purchased between January 1, 1941, and December 31, 1946, which were purchased solely from the maintenance tax above and over the first Fifty Cent (50¢) levy from the school budget and the calculations for State Aid, and providing that said bonds so purchased may be used for any purpose except increasing or supplementing teachers' or administrative salaries.
