Relating to making it a misdemeanor for all operators of motor vehicles driven upon the public highways of this State at night to fail to dim the lights of such motor vehicle within a distance of one hundred (100) yards of an approaching vehicle from the front; providing a penalty; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act.
