Relating to appropriating six million ($6,000,000.00) dollars from the General Revenue Fund to the Highway fund to provide for construction by the Highway Commission of rural or ranch-to-market, school bus or mail route roads upon the request of County Commissioners Courts of Counties eligible to receive such construction under the provisions of the Act.
