HB 413, 49th R.S.
Relating to providing that persons owning motor vehicles and in uninterrupted peaceful possession thereof for a period of three years may, upon making affidavit thereto, procure a certificate of title to said motor vehicle upon presentation of said affidavit to the State Highway Department; providing a penalty for false swearing in such cases.
