HB 391, 49th R.S.
Relating to provide that it shall be unlawful for any state agency created under Section 59, Article XVI, to operate any properties, except those owned by such agency, or under lease to such agency, or to have or maintain discriminatory rates or to establish any rates except the published rates applicable to all falling within the classifications established in such published rates; providing penalties for the violation hereof; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
