SB 29, 48th R.S.
Relating to fixing the length of the terms of the District Court and the times of holding the terms of District Court in the Counties composing the 72nd Judicial District of Texas, validating and continuing all processes issued or served before this Act takes effect, including recognizances and bonds, and making them returnable to the terms of court in said counties and district as herein fixed, to validate the summoning of grand and petit juries under the present law so as to render them available in said counties under this Act, providing for the holding and closing of any term of court in session at the time this Act takes effect.
