HB 229, 48th R.S.
Relating to providing that any officer, agent, employee or servant of any political subdivision of the State of Texas who is, by law, entitled to arrest upon public highways of this State for violations of traffic and other safety laws, shall be required to have certain information lettered upon the side of his car or other vehicle.
