Proposing a constitutional amendment providing that Members of the Legislature shall receive a salary of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per day, shall be subject to call at any time and shall be entitled to mileage at five cents (5c) a mile for each mile traveled coming to and going from the seat of Government.
