Relating to amending a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes, commonly known as the Workmen's Compensation Act, providing that any interested party who does not consent to abide by the final ruling of the Industrial Accident Board shall have certain amount of time to file notice of appeal and certain amount of time to bring suit in proper county.
