Relating to defining the words "beer," "import" and "Board" and providing that it shall be unlawful to import beer into this State except as herein provided; requiring importers to secure a permit from the Texas Liquor Control Board and fixing the fees for such permit; allocating the proceeds of such fees to the Old Age Assistance Fund.
