Relating to amending a certain Act by authorizing and empowering the Board of Directors of A. & M. College to establish and maintain an Agricultural Experimental Station for the purpose of making scientific investigations and experiments in the study of poultry problems with a particular emphasis on the study of problems relating to the scientific production of broilers and fryers in the South-Central Texas region, said station to be located in Gonzales County.
