HB 277, 47th R.S.
Relating to providing that on or after January 1, 1942, it shall be unlawful for any persons to conduct, maintain, or operate an ambulance unless it is equipped with a supply of torch flares, a first aid kit, and is under the immediate supervision of a person holding a first aid certificate or a physician's or surgeon's certificate; providing certain penalties.
