Relating to amending the General and Special Laws relative to providing for the exemption for prescribing, administering, dispensing, or selling at retail certain specified medicinal preparations containing small amounts of codeine or an of its salts; amending the General and Special Laws relative to providing that persons authorized to administer or professionally use narcotic drugs shall keep a record and providing for certain exceptions.
