Relating to making certain appropriations for the school year ending August 31, 1942 and ending August 31, 1943 for the purpose of promoting the equalization of educational opportunities to all children of scholastic age within the State; providing for the allotment for Salary Aid, Transportation Aid, and High School Tuition Aid; providing for expenditure of said funds by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction through the Director of Equalization in the Department of Education.
