SB 488, 46th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Act by providing that all processes and writs issued and served and recognizances and bonds and undertakings entered into before this Act takes effect and made returnable to the 87th Judicial District shall be considered as returnable to the next succeeding term of the 87th Judicial District Court after this act takes effect.
