Relating to authorizing the Commissioner's Court by vote of the majority of the Commissioner's Court in certain counties to pass an order to allow each County Commissioner certain expenses for traveling in connection with the use of his automobile on official business; requiring each such commissioner to pay the expenses of operation and repair of each automobile used by him without further expense to the County.
