Relating to prohibiting the sale of any Truss or any other mechanical device commonly used for the relief of Rupture or hernia except upon the prescription of a regularly licensed Doctor and prohibiting any person other than the holder of a License to practice medicine issued by the State of Texas from fitting or offering to fit or adjust any such device; providing a penalty.
