Relating to occupation tax on the total amount of fees, tolls and service charges collected by any person operating a hotel on local telephone calls made from such hotel by the patrons or guests thereof; providing for reports and records; imposing forfeitures and penalties for failure to keep records; providing penalties for failure to pay tax.
